I go to a lot of brewfests around Vermont it's such a fun way to meet creative people doing things they love and try new beers. Sometimes I make a few friends too many and sometimes I keep it more low key. Haha. Either way I wanted to show you what it was like going to a typical Winter Brewfest here.

I've never been to one where they make you a cocktail so I was super psyched to get my tickets and glass (this year it was a baby mason jar) and wait in line for Bar Hill Caledonia Spirits. I loved the guy that made my cocktail with Bar Hill Gin, super informative and a great sport for me asking him off the fly if I could put him in my YouTube video. Actually everyone I asked if I could film was a great sport.
There was 2 floors of this particular brewfest so after going around wasting half our 15 drink tickets on the 1st floor we ventured upstairs. That's when I knew I had to get these guys from Simple Roots Brewing Co. out of Burlington VT to make me a drink. For obvious reasons...
After a few more beers we wandered around to the vendors in the middle of the room. My sister stopped to get mini Belgian Waffles. Really anything with Vermont maple syrup is 👌🏻.
Another highlight was Idyletyme Brewing Co. I've featured them before in a TGIF vlog before. Then I had to throw in some hard cider so we went to Eden Specialty Ciders.
I don't really know why I was rooting on the hot guy playing the jumbo Jenga. I guess you can blame the beer. I asked him if I could put him in my video and he said only if he didn't make the tower crash. Haha success! Hope you enjoyed this little snippet of what it's like to go to a Vermont brewfest.
