Just also wanted to share some of my abuse story and thank you all so much for helping me to heal! You never know how much your kind words can change a persons life! Thank you!

I wasn't able to talk about it too much in this video; but, the truth is, I am a survivor of child abuse. I know now I shouldn't be ashamed but truthfully, I still do feel that way. When you're abused, you come to feel and believe it was somehow your fault and its not, but its hard to change that perseption of yourself.

After leaving my family, as an adult, I did attract abusive people (bf's and so called friends) into my life bc that was what I was used to. It is only thru the grace of God I had found the strength to get away.

I want to show though that you can get away, you can start anew and meet nice people who will cherish you and not hurt you. You can have your dreams come true and be happy. I am proof of that, as I was so broken, so abused in every conceivable way. I was poor and homeless and even lived in foster care when I was taken by the state bc of abuse. Thats how bad it was.

I made it and so can you. I promise you. Its a battle but its a battle we can win =) I'm here for you!
