Hi everyone! If you've been curious about meal prepping, I share my first time experience trying it out myself! I prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for two. The benefits to meal prepping is it saves you TIME and MONEY (no take-out food) during the week and takes the guess work out of what to make for meals. You are more likely to stay on track with your healthy eating habits if it's prepared and right in front of you! This is a learning process for me, and I'm enjoying it so far.
