hello everyone, welcome back! in this video i'm collaborating with face florals to create a shironuri look inspired by the beauty of dried flowers. i decided to create a cute spring flower makeup look showing a different aspect of it - how death can inspire something still beautiful ^_^

for this look i wanted to focus on the meaning of dried flowers.

symbolically, flowers represent positive aspects in dreams, such as love, beauty, and life. dried flowers, on the other hand, tend to have more of a negative connotation or are believed to have a bad energy. in some instances it can symbolize death.

but is it really all that bad? i don't think so.

for me i try to find beauty in everything, and for me, i think dried flowers are very beautiful, maybe even moreso than fresh flowers. and i don't think death isn't necessarily a bad thing. just depends on your perspective. even when times are tough i try to find a positive aspect, such as beauty, to keep me going which is why i'm trying to convey here. typical sagittarius moon, eh :3

so i created a simple, cute makeup look with a minimal focus on the eyes and chose to have one side of my face covered in flowers. then, to show the yin-yang effect of life vs death i had my face bleed out the color of the flowers. it's a simple shironuri makeup and not hard to do, but i tried to give it some meaning.
