My weight has been a issue for me a while and its hard to work out hard with back issues. I used to swim but since i have pulled my rotator cuff I have had to walk..... I detest walking but my girls help your girl out and walks with me on these beautiful days. I love going out to the lake simply because it has a beautiful view and I get to see so many of Gods artwork, animals and other walkers. Simba has enjoyed the walk and when I tell you he has been getting his pimping on... LOL Im just glad we got him fixed LOL
