I felt so terrible for so long, and now I can't ever remember feeling this great before. I am in such awe of what small, healthy changes can do for your body, mind, and soul.

I am taking new clients, challengers, and coaches who want to be part of an amazing team of like-minded supportive, and motivating women! Without this support system I would have never been able to stick to my goals. I would have never seen such a positive change in my life if it weren't for this incredible group of people.

You don't have to leave the comfort of your own home to make a positive change to your fitness routine. As someone who always felt so self-conscious at the gym, but couldn't hold myself accountable to work out at home -- this program has been my saving grace. I work out from home every day. I don't have to worry about walking into a gym and feeling like everyone is staring at me. I don't have to worry about wasting the gas or the time to get there and back. I make my own schedule when it comes to scheduling my workouts, and don't have to abide by the gym's hours.
