How To Make ChickPeas and Oil Free Hummus | Diabetic Friendly
In this video, I am showing you how to make chickpeas, how to cook chickpeas. I am also showing how I make oil free hummus.
This was inspired by Engine 2 oil free hummus.
2 cups chick peas or 2 cans
3-4 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons ground cumin ( I added 2 TBSP)
2 teaspoons Coconut Aminos I added way more since I added too many chickpeas
About 3/4 cup water
Homemade hummus is very healthy when you skip the oil, and it will not raise the blood sugar, making this a diabetic friendly recipes. Stay tuned to my channel for more diabetic recipes and if you are diabetic and want a certain video relating to diabetes, let me know in the comments:)
