Hey Babies! Today I'm sharing my updated winter night time routine. The winter for me is all about being cozy, warm, and making it through to the spring - lol. I tend to struggle with seasonal depression and get very withdrawn in the colder months, especially during the night time. This simple routine allows me to ease my anxiety. Since I know the evenings aren't always the greatest I try to keep my to-do's minimal and work in quality time with Noel, a bit of self pampering and just any other little ways to relax.
