Hey everyone! WELCOME TO 2017! Yeah!

I am SO thrilled and excited to welcome this new year. I've never been a fan of new year resolutions, but I feel that this year they are sorely needed. 2016 was a pretty rough year for a lot of people. It's the first time that I've personally felt that global events put a huge damper on people's lives. I mean, it's not like we haven't lived through awful things before that were a hell of a lot worse (World War II anyone..?) but I think that because we saw so much fake news, fighting and lies online, it was hard not to think "damn, 2016, you suck".
