Today I'm sharing an In-Depth Winged Eyeliner Tutorial for Hooded Eyes with Tips for Mature Eyes too. My friend and makeup artist Mickey helped to create this tutorial. Ever think you can't do cat eyes or winged eyeliner because you have hooded eyes? Think again! Mickey shows you how to do winged eyeliner on my hooded eyes. We even chose the eye with the 'worse' hood to work with. Using this method with the Sigma E06 will give you perfect winged liner on hooded eyes, even if you have saggy lids.

By the way, I'm barefaced, with only SPF on, in this video. So that's my skin and the redness from my rosacea. I didn't want to put on any other makeup that might distract from the tutorial. I also skipped mascara and lashes.
