Ingredients:
2 32 oz. bottles of vegetable broth
3 1/2 bay leaves
3 1/2 parsley sprigs
3 whole garlic cloves
3 whole garlic cloves, chopped
2 vegan andouille sausages
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 - 1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon creole or cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
Hot sauce (optional)
