A lot of you guys have mentioned my nails on Instagram, and yes, they are always my real nails. But they weren't always like this. There was a long period of time in my life where I couldn't grow my nails to save my damn life, but over time I have learned what makes a difference in their health and strength. Nowadays they are basically made of oak, and I usually have to cut them down so I can type properly. So I figured I would compile all of my tips on how to grow nails long and strong into one video that might be useful to you guys!

I know growing them out can be really frustrating if they're thin and fragile, so hopefully a few of these tips will hit home with you, and help you grow them out a bit!
