SHORTBREAD COOKIES RECIPE:
1 Cup Cold, Cubed Butter
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 tsp Princess Cookie Extract (From Homegoods)
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, White Chocolate Chips, Sprinkles.. whatever you wanna decorate with :)

1. Mix Butter and sugar until creamy.
2. Add Almond Extract and mix.
3. Slowly add in flour and mix until combined.
4. Add in sprinkles if desired.
5. Wrap Dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
6. Preheat Oven to 350F.
7. Cut/shape dough, place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet, and bake for 15 mins (keep an eye on it!)
8. Cool cookies and decorate!
