→ Follow me to test out a slightly controversial cosmetic procedure you may have heard of called Botox. I want to help break down the taboo and take you along to my first ever treatment and visit to Dr. Henry's office.

One key thing about cosmetic procedures is that you should do your research and find the right professional and clinic for you. Book a consultation and ask questions! And of course, make sure you are doing the procedure for the right reasons.

Personally, I would stress the importance of consulting a doctor therefore I recommend looking to plastic surgery practices which offer cosmetic procedures due to their high level of expertise and safety standards. Dr. Henry was amazing and my procedure was safe, quick, and painless. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone considering cosmetic fillers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
