Did you say FOOD?!
Hi! This is similar to a what I ate today video but it's weight watchers edition since that's what I am doing to lose weight at the moment. I am sharing what I eat and not forcing anyone to eat what I show ;) Some days I will show you food that might not be the healthiest at the times, other days super healthy and clean.. but I wanted to share with you how simple ww can be and how it has been helping me :) This is not a sponsored video I just really like weight watchers because I can eat all my fav foods! You can find more info about weight watchers by going to their site to find out about smart points and such. I am able to have 30 smart points a day + weeklies.

Green onion and cheese mini egg omelets:
(you can use broccoli or other veggies instead of green onion, I only had green onions)
preheat oven to 350 and spray a cupcake/muffin pan with cooking spray and add some green onions
In a bowl beat 3 eggs and 1 egg white and add 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese and add pepper (salt is optional)
Pour the eggs into the pan and sprinkle with more cheese and green onions. Cook for 25- 30 minutes
