Intense Protein Treatment for Damaged Natural Hair. Hi, if you're new to my channel, I'm Samirah and I'm a future cosmetologist. As I've explained in previous videos, due to lifting my natural hair color, as well as using excessive heat on it over a year ago, I developed extreme damage! I decided Dec of 2015 to stop using heat, and to focus on the health of my hair throughout my color journey! I can't lie, I love to have color in my hair, so while still feeling free with color, I now know I have to and do work extra hard to keep my hair healthy so I can grow out my damage. It has been a year since I've used direct heat on my hair to straighten it. And I've seen BIG change! This video is apart of my Winter Is Coming Series!
