Here is how I am doing so far on my Summer Shredding journey. I am really trying to get in shape for summer, and wanting to show you all. Its been a difficult transition for me lately to get in the gym again, but I have lost five pounds so far and I will show you how I am doing it through vlogging my diet, and exercise routine. This video I was able to show you some deadlifting variations.
