So for today's video I show yall how I made this 18th Century Bum Pad from a pattern. I have drafted my own pattern to do a hip roll, but for those who don't really like to do that much, then here is something easy to follow. I would also like to add that if you take off the time parts, then this would work perfectly for a mock bustle for a turn of the century cosplay.
