Today's video is on how to produce more breastmilk and boost your supply. The Facebook group I mention is called MilkyMommas. Just wanted to share things that helped me boost my supply and some things I ate that also helped. Also forgot to mention one of the most Important things is to stay hydrated!!! Drink a TON of Water, there are times you will feel like a fish you drink so much lol. You can put fruits in your water to add some taste.I also drink SUGAR FREE powerade (love the blue one)... just a good way of drinking something else with electrolytes but no extra sugar. Also I buy sparkling water that has flavors and no sugar also to switch it up.
