Hey Loves!
Today's video is all about getting inshape and feeling our best! I wanted to create this challenge and share it with all of you so that none of feel alone on this journey! Its a summer weight loss challenge but it can be done at any time of year! these are lifestyle changes! not just a diet or a fad so we are all guaranteed to see results!
I want to create a community of love, support, and positivity so no haters allowed!
CHALLENGE:
- Track your calories
- Work out 3 days a week for a minimum of an hour
- Drink 100oz of water a day
- Meal Prep!
- Go to bed earlier
- Keep your style poppin!
- Keep a journal
- Avoid fast food even on cheat day
- Avoid sugary high calorie drinks
- NO eating after 8pm
