Welcome back to channel! I decided that I will document my health and fitness journey. I feel like it would be beneficial to a lot of people. I'm not a health guru or anything but one of my goals this year is to create a healthier lifestyle. Changing my eating habits is one of the most important aspects of this journey and I want to share it with you.
