And for the record, this is my 3rd time uploading this... First the video was 28 minutes long when it was supposed to be 6, then the sound was missing, hopefully this will be the last time i have to re upload it... So sorry about that guys!

So what am I going on about? The World Cup is being held in Russia this year, and something I wanted to do for the last 2 World Cups was to do a World Cup makeup tutorial series. Basically, for each country that was going to be playing I'd do a makeup tutorial. Well I'm doing pretty well so far if I do say so myself I decided that I'm going to give you guys two videos for the two teams that are playing against each other in their first matches. 32 videos, 16 days, and yes I will have stuff in between.

For Peru's flag makeup, I wanted to do something simple, yet cool... well I think it was cool. Peru's flag is a white band, surrounded by two red bands, so a halo eye look seemed like the right way to go. There were a few other colors added into the flag by way of a coat of arms in the middle, so i figured the easiest and most practical way to include it was some dotted eyeliner. I feel like I keep saying this for every flag makeup I do, but I love this one!
