1. Have a purpose or goal for saving.
ex. car, vacation, emergency fund
2. Have a safe place to store your money
ex. a savings account or a large jar with lid superglued shut and painted.
3. Add to the account whenever you get a chance,
ex. birthday money, a refund check, payday
4. Always put back what you take
5. Get excited about saving.
find joy in knowing you are close to reaching your goals.
