So what am I going on about? The World Cup is being held in Russia this year, and something I wanted to do for the last 2 World Cups was to do a World Cup makeup tutorial series. Basically, for each country that was going to be playing I'd do a makeup tutorial. Well I'm doing pretty well so far if I do say so myself I decided that I'm going to give you guys two videos for the two teams that are playing against each other in their first matches. 32 videos, 16 days, and yes I will have stuff in between.

So what was I talking about? I did this video before? Yeah technically. I realized about right where I put the red in that I did a face chart for a Pikachu look in 2012, and did the actual makeup look a while later. Let's just say that this version was way better... Like waaaaay better. I'm hoping that I did Belgium and Pikachu some justice in this one.
