This is the "season finale" of Summer Shredding 2018 that was held by Christian Guzman. I did pay the $25 entry and submitted before and after video of my progress, but my goal with this was to just look healthier than I was. I had lost myself fitness wise after a 6 month break, and I figured this was a good way to ease back into it. No strict diet, nothing insane workout wise. I just got my groove back. I still have a month to go until the biggest event of my life, so STAY TUNED.
