The Nyx Perfect Filter Palette in Gloomy Days is my favorite cool toned eyeshadow palette. It's cruelty-free, affordable and filled with flattering, easy to use eyeshadows. It's perfect for everyday makeup looks. By the way, this whole look is cool toned from the eyes to the cheeks to the lips! This simple tutorial can be adapted for any eye shape but works well on hooded eyes like mine. Taupes like this are great for making blue, green, and blue-green eyes pop!
