Russian Flag Inspired Makeup Tutorial - FiFA World Cup - (NoBlandMakeup)

It's that time again! The World Cup is being held in Russia this year... which as I'm writing this, might explain why Russia is up first... maybe not lol. But one thing I wanted to do for the last 2 World Cups was to do a World Cup makeup tutorial series. Basically, for each country that was going to be playing I'd do a makeup tutorial. Obviously since this is the first time anyone is seeing a makeup tutorial based on a flag other than the United States- and not in July- from me, I've finally gotten the mental strength to do this. Now me being me, I can't just give you one video and call it a day (although lately having one video a month is a stretch). I decided that I'm going to give you guys two videos for the two teams that are playing against each other in their first matches. 32 videos, 16 days, and yes I will have stuff in between.

Now for this Russian flag makeup, I kind of had some issues. The white is at the top... Yep, that kinda threw a wrench in my plans. So to keep with my self imposed challenge (Keep the flag colors in the correct order), I decided to throw in some graphic eyeliner work. Because why not.
