Okay, so I did actually filmed this video at the end of March, and you guys are just getting it now (Ahhhh - sorry, life and UPLOADS will be back to normal soon!) I've been on the ketogenic diet for almost a month now and I've gotten a bit better at this thing by now, however this first time experience was ummm, interesting. I hope this video helps you guys with your keto food shopping the next time you go to the grocery store.
