Hi guys! As some of you may know, I am on a journey to a healthier lifestyle. In this journey, I have decided to limit and eat in moderation or even cut out my intake on these types of foods to feel better.
In this video, I wanted to talk about certain types of foods that have made me feel rubbish in the past. It definitely took me a while to realise that some of these foods were causing me to feel rubbish. Let me know what types of foods makes you feel rubbish.
I also decided to join Do The Unthinkable programme which will help me kickstart my health and fitness goals. I thought I'd share with you what I got on my first box of weekly meals and snacks!
