Hi Babies! I'm sharing my next Fit Vlog with you guys today! This is a new series so I'm still playing around with the style. For today's vid I did things a little differently. I take you guys throughout my day but also focus in on sharing my 6 tips and tricks on how to get back into the gym weight training after a layoff. I recently took about 8 months off from bodybuilding and I lost a lot of my gains. Thankfully, muscle memory is on your side and I'm sharing all the tips that helped me become consistent and motivated to workout again.
