I lost 30lbs! These are ideas and examples from my own experience. This isn’t a food guide by any means. Obviously I don't eat like this every day.
I do wanna mention that this body transformation took me about 6-8 weeks !!!!!! so its not late for bikini season babes

-- You can replace your meals into a protein shake
-- Choose whole grains.
-- Eat the right amount of calories for how active you are.
