-Yes I still use this method and yes it still works! I work in a salon with regular wax as well but I find this more convenient. If you are having problems with the strip not removing any hair, it may be b/c you are not warming the strip between your hands or you may have too coarse/thick of hair (in that case, going to a salon may be better). I only use this kit for my upper lip, I do not use it for anywhere else on my body and it works just fine for what I need it to do. Also if you are experiencing burning/tearing, the reason is that you are most likely pulling the strip straight out rather than close to your skin and in the direction of hair growth.
