This is the most personal thing I've ever shared. It feels a little weird clicking upload on this one but it's important to express how I felt in Mexico. Last week I went on my first vacation in almost two years. I know travelling is a luxury and I appreciate the opportunity to get away, unwind and close the chapter on a not so good time in my life.

Last week I went on my first vacation in almost two years. I know travelling is a luxury and I appreciate the opportunity to get away, unwind and close the chapter on a not so good time in my life.
If you listen carefully, you'll hear what's been bothering me. Situations I can't explain here that used to haunt me. I woke from them by shaking my regrets, deciding to put the past behind me and practicing being present. It's not easy. But my life's never been easy and I've never given up. I made this video to reflect on who I'm becoming and share a bit of my journey with you. Life is full of setbacks but it's up to you to make a comeback.
