I have a bad customer service rant to share with you. I've had some spectacularly bad customer service from a few places recently, namely Progressive Auto Insurance, Hautelook and Juvia's Place. I also touch on the Makeup Police, because they pissed me off too. I will never get insurance with Progressive Insurance again and I don't recommend them to anyone. They're horrible!
