This channel is already based on health, so I wanted add mental and spiritual health to the Physical health aspect of this channel. Embrace You Health is about Embracing the Mind, Body and Spirit. It is about embracing YOU. Mind, body spirit connection healing. There is a connection with the mind, body and Spirit. All of these connect to bring you healing. There is more to health than problems with physical health. In future episodes, I will be covering spiritual health importance. It seems that the importance of spiritual health is not focused on in the health care industry. I wanted to show the connection between physical health and mental health. I also want to bring mental health awareness. There will be videos addressing anxiety relief, anxiety attacks, and other mental health issues.
