1. Give up 3 bad things in your diet (mine are:cheese, butter, coffee creamer) for 30 days.
2. Replace those things with the better substitute (mine are: olive oil, pink salt, olive oil, cashew milk, greek yogurt, spices)
3. Add 3 healthy foods that you normally do not eat (mine are: water, blueberries, spinach)
