Couch to 5k day one week 1. This was a tough workout and I am out of shape but it is a great out of shape workout. This is a jogging for beginners workout but it is not easy. I am documenting my c25k before and after on this channel and my weight loss journey. I have not run for years, so this beginner running for me. The c25k program is a great beginner running program.
