Period PAIN is the worst pain a woman could go through. This is My story of of What I've been through since age 14 living with Bad menstrual cramps which is cause muscle to contractions and cramps that are similar to labor pains.

they can also contribute to nausea and diarrhea. the contractions inhibit the blood flow to the lining of the uterus or endometrium. Living with this every month wasn't a way to live the Pain was over 10 if I would placed this on a scale. I was throwing up, leg cramps , backache and Every part of my body felt this pain NOTHING else mattered when I was experiencing my PMS premenstrual syndrome .

I know this video was all over the place I just wanted to share my experience with you and to tell you what help me with all that PAIN

Today I lucky if i feel anything at all. I experience No MORE PAIN having my Period PMS every month I'm so happy that I can live life again and not miss anything. MY Mirena IUD SAVE my LIFE
