It’s time for a foundation review! It’s been awhile since I last did one. This is a in depth review of the New Tarte Cosmetics Clay Stick Foundation. I wore this foundation for a full week and I also demonstrate how I think it is best applied. I wear it for a full 12 hours because it claims to be a 12 hour foundation.
