Back in April I travelled to Bali for 2 months to become an aerial yoga teacher and Vinyasa yoga teacher. I kept a video diary on my phone of moments on my aerial yoga teacher training in bail. I wanted to capture moments rather than make moments to capture. I realised life is far more fun when you stay present so thats what I did. This part of my journey was fun, inspiring and full of beautiful like minded souls. I made some life long friends on my aerial yoga teacher training I know see that the universe set me up with so much love and kindness to get me through the second part of my journey. This is my diary.
