Rude comments will be removed. I'm by no means good at dieting, but I did set some rules for myself that definitely helped. My main goal was to keep myself within the 1,200 calorie limit each day by eating things I like just in smaller portions. I also cut out sugary drinks, all red meats, and limited my consumption of fast food. I refuse to starve myself or force myself to be miserable during a diet so I ate things that I like, so if you want to do this too just find good choices of things that you enjoy. Dieting shouldn't feel like you have to punish yourself every day.
