The Best 6 Ways To Raise Your Vibration And Get In Good Mood I Day 8 "TYLA" Challenge
Hello! I decided to start week two of the challenge by coming up with ideas on how to boost your mood and how to enter a high vibrational frequency - the one at which all our goals are right now!
Step 1 - Create a 'mood booster' list in your journal. Write down all the things that typically put you in a great mood, and keep this list as an emergency when your mood is starting to sink!
Step 2 - Make your showers magical! Spray some essential oils on the shower floors the steam carries them all over the room, play some cheerful music.
Step 3 - Stock up on 'good mood foods'. There are four chemicals that cause our happiness biologically speaking, and some foods can boost the production of these in our brain!
DOPAMINE: almonds, avocados, bananas, chocolate, green tea, watermelon;
ENDORPHINS: exercise, dark chocolate, spicy foods;
SEROTONIN: grains like brown rice and wholegrain cereals, fruit, nuts, good oils, beans, lentils, hummus, potatoes, dark leafy greens, and also seaweed like spirulina (which you can buy in powder and add it to your smoothie)
OXYTOCIN: bananas and pepper. Just add pepper to your soups, salads and lentils!
Step 4 - Meditate for 10 minutes a day! You can either sit quietly focusing on your surroundings, then on your body, then on your breath - or you can play a guided meditation for better mood.
Step 5 - Rewrite your language. Something 'sucks'? No, it's just 'not optimal and will get better'
Step 6 - Try yoga! 'Yoga with Adrienne' is a great channel where you can learn basic poses, she has morning yoga, yoga for healing, yoga in under ten minutes, and a 30 day challenge for absolute beginners!

- Make the 'mood booster list' in your journal;
- Add happy foods to your grocery list
- Try 10 minutes of guided meditation for good mood
- Write down the answer 2 of these questions in your journal:

Little things that happened this week that brought me joy:

Who are the people that raise my vibration?
Experiences that made me feel I was living to the fullest:
Favorite healthy foods!
Things that will bring me joy this week:
Favorite places I have been to
What does my ideal day look like?
What is going right in my life?
