I wanted to share something that may be obvious, but that is walking. Walking Workout, walking for weightloss, it's all the same. Walking fitness is easy on the joints and great exercise if you are out of shape. I am out of the pool currently with a wrist recovering from surgery, so walking as exercise is my option right now. I am walking to lose weight as well as eating a clean diet. Walking for health is extremely beneficial and a great start to any exercise program.
