Introducing BellaGemaASMR- created with many of my BellaGemaNails’ subscribers in mind, who often comment on my video voice. In my first ever ASMR video, I will take you on an English and Spanish journey of my love for ASMR, its ASMRtists and its community. I will pay homage to those whose voice and hand movements melt my brain into an oblivion. Thank you to these wonderful angels of sleep, light and positivity. What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia.[1][2]Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) signifies the subjective experience of 'low-grade euphoria' characterized by 'a combination of positive feelings, and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin'.
