My first fitness workout vlog! It took me a lot of nerves to film this, let me know what you think! :)
My workout:
WARM UP:
Rowing 3 minutes
DB Lateral raises
12 reps, 7 sets
DB Seated shoulder press
12 reps, 3 sets
Arnold DB shoulder press
Superset with
Single arm cable raise, I ended up using DB
12 reps, 3 sets
Elevated bench single arm lateral raises with DB
12 reps, 3 sets
Single arm DB front raises, with changing grips
10 reps each arm, 3 sets
Superset with
Plate front raises
15 reps, 3 sets
Cable upright row
15 reps, 3 sets
Sprints
30 seconds on level 12, 30 seconds rest
Repeat 5x
