Couch to 5K Week 1
Im doing things different for week 1 of the couch to 5K. I decided to walk for 5 days this week to get my body moving and get used to NOT being on the couch. I go over how many miles I walked and the difference I felt when walking for exercise. Walking for health is great and a good way to get started excercising. You can be walking for weightloss, it doesn't have to be running. Are you doing a walking workout?
