REBORN expresses how deep one can go down the rabbit hole. It is a film to bring awareness to metal illness. We are all suffering, but it's how we choose to suffer. Emily Vieira has suffered from a life long mental illness called, depression. Through practice of awareness, positive inner and outer dialog, self-love and self care mental illness can be combatted. Your presence is a present!
Holistic remedies Emily has taken to help maintain her depression and mood swings. In the past Emily has taken prescription anti-depressant medication. While on them she never liked the person would become. Soon the side effects made her discontinue the medication. Helpless, Emily starting DIGGING for holistic remedies that would help her combat her illness without the side effects. Now she uses essential oil on a daily basis to treat her anxiety (Cedar wood), Focus (Lavender), Depression (Patchouli).

In 2014, 29 year old makeup artist Emily Vieira separated from her husband after 8 years of marriage.
The separation, along with other tragic, life-changing events, plummeted her into a deep depression.
In her darkest times, Emily found solace in her artistry. Digging deep, she gripped her creativity as it pulled her from the depths of anguish.
