I wanted to take a moment and talk about the 5 second rule that completely changed my life. For years I felt so stuck and confused as if I was a hamster on the wheel going no where real fast. I wanted different results however I kept doing everything the same damn way all the time. It wasn't until I truly took a step back and asked myself what can I do different starting today to be more productive to change my life and that's when I remembered the 5 second rule that we all applied to our life when we were younger.
