hello everyone~ ʕ˙ᴥ˙ʔ since there were a few requests for me to do more daily makeup looks, here is another one! this is an easy korean daily makeup tutorial - i wore this out last weekend while walking around in the woods. it held up pretty well despite it getting a bit hot.

for daily makeup looks i don't really do much with the eye makeup. i just like to wear a simple winged liner and minimal eyeshadow. i skipped contouring here and used blush to give my face a bit more color.

some of these techniques here are done a lot in korean makeup looks so keep in mind it flatters those features the best :3

i've been playing around with both products for a few weeks...i have to say i'm in love with the touche eclat, i've been eyeing it for years but to finally have it is amazing ^__^ it's very lightweight and does highlight the face in a matte way without being a strong concealer. i like that because my skin is getting more and more textured...need something lightweight for daily makeup looks.

the lancome absolue powder is an entirely different story, however. i tried putting on a little bit of powder. then a lot. then a medium sized amount using a brush instead of the provided applicator. no matter what the powder always made my face look very shiny after a few hours and made areas i wanted matte suddenly 5x more noticeable (like my undereye bags). in the end, i decided to just avoid my T zone while applying it. it's very strange because my face wasn't actually oily. but unfortunately i'm not too happy about this because it's a fairly expensive face powder and i'm unable to set all of my makeup with it.
