Ahhh, breakfast. The most important meal of the day! Here are 3 of my favorite yummy breakfast ideas, enjoy!
Avocado toast
Toast 2 slices of bread and cut half an avocado into slices. Spread coconut oil on toast, top with avocado slices and sprinkle garlic salt and pepper. Top with sliced tomatoes for extra deliciousness!!
Easy overnight oats with apples and cinnamon
In a jar add 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup of oats. Peel and chop an apple and add to the oats, sprinkle with sugar or stevia drops and add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Let sit in fridge overnight and in the morning just heat it up for 3-3:30 mins!
Chia Seed Pudding bowl
In a bowl add 1 cup almond or coconut milk and 1/3 cup of chia seeds. Add stevia drops and a few drops of vanilla. Let sit overnight in fridges. In the morning top with fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, dates, or Oreos! YUM!!
